Enable the Remote Control Feature. In order to enable the remote camera function, you'll need to go to the Mi Fit app, and then head over to your profile by tapping on the rightmost button in the bottom navigation bar. From there, you will be able to see a list of the devices you have paired, which should include your Mi Band.

Mi Fitness doesn't have any option for the Mi Scale. Only Zepp Life (previously Mi Fit) can connect to the Mi Scale. Mi Fitness is a piece of junk anyways. Mi Band 7 Pro wasn't made by the same manufacturer, that's another reason why it's a giant failure and people return back to Mi Bands 5/6.
